Skiing made easy

Arriving to fine mountain views each morning was amazing! The staff's warmth and attention. Loved the lively bar lounge and delicious seafood buffet!

Breakfast could use variety. It felt repetitive with limited options. The spa area sometimes lacked basic amenities like water and towels. A bit more attention to detail is needed.

We had a belting time at this hotel, like! The location was spot on with easy access to the slopes, and the spa was just the ticket after a long day skiing. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, though!

Well-run and absolutely brilliant place, I appreciated helpful personnel.

Got to the bus stop within 15 minutes walk, as it has great and magnificent location.

Location: the hotel was close to the mountains and Bourg St Maurice, double decker gondola across to la Plagne, and shops, cafes and ski lifts. I had warm and well-equipped room with hypoallergenic pillows. The staff were good and provided a friendly service.

The seafood buffet was a highlight, showcasing beautifully presented dishes. The friendly staff and the relaxing lounge with games significantly enhanced our family's experience.

Breakfast was so repetitively dull, it reminded me of groundhog day, and where were the crepes? Absolutely essential in france! The spa was also lacking-water, towels, even a friendly face when you needed them. Honestly, after putting up with that, you'd think they could've at least thrown in a complimentary drink, but no, just average service. What a disappointment.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, ski storage, and a relaxing spa & wellness centre. I remember the staff helping me with printing on my first stay. Highly recommend trying the massages! I'm coming back for Easter.

This was just a suitable option for a weekend stopover in Bourg-Saint-Maurice with reasonable value. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very professional, keeping us informed of everything . It can be confusing at first.
